The 9-12 C3 Teachers Hub includes a collection of inquiries that shed light on the heroism and challenges faced by those who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero and to honor their sacrifices by telling their story.

These inquiries reflect the work and commitment of Bill Groner’s book titled “9/12: The Epic Battle of the Ground Zero Responders.” This book details the nine-year legal battle waged against the City of New York and its contractors on behalf of more than ten thousand first responders who became ill due to their work during the Ground Zero cleanup after the 9/11 attacks. Groner’s commitment to this cause is also reflected in his decision to donate all his net proceeds from the book sales in honor of the 9/11 responders.

This project stands as a testament to the selflessness and resilience of individuals who serve their communities in times of crisis.
