The C3 Teachers’ Building Blocks for Inquiry Project will leverage high-value Library of Congress digital resources to support educators toward generating an instructional innovation we are calling “Inquiry Stacks.” At the core of this work will be the establishment of trust among teachers and students in doing the complex work of inquiring with primary sources.
